How to get started?
Lumir acoustic solution for a NEW home
- Replace basic gypsum boards with more acoustic Lumir Board (LB) perforated gypsum board or Lumir Wool (LW) glass wool right at the design stage of your new home, or contact us at the latest when interior work begins
- We spray all surfaces seamlessly with the Lumir Comfort coating in the shade you have chosen
- Other troweling and painting phases are not needed (saving on budget) and you immediately get good room acoustics, which do not need to be repaired afterwards
Lumir solution for REFURBISHED homes
- Pleasant soundscape: The Lumir Comfort coating is sprayed by Lumir directly onto the old suspended ceiling and wall surfaces in the desired shade
- Maximum sound absorption (high space, music, hard surface materials): Lumir’s acoustic solutions, i.e. Lumir Comfort coating combined with acoustic baseboards such as Lumir Board (LB) or Lumir Wool (LW)
Questions and answers
The safest way to dampen such a high space would be to mechanically install Lumir Wool (LW) 20 or 40 mm thick glass wool panels directly into the suspended ceiling frame and then apply Lumir Comfort™ acoustic cladding in the desired colour.
